Gro Baby is a modern, one-size diapering system. Its unique, waterproof shell and organic cotton soaker pad minimizes waste and cost. When the soaker pad is wet, simply replace with a fresh, dry one!
Gro Baby is designed so that the outer shells may be used for multiple diaper changes. If the soaker pad is wet, simply snap in a fresh one and you are ready to go. If the shell is wet, allow it to air dry and use for the next diaper change. When your Gro Baby Shell is soiled or very saturated, start fresh with a new Gro Baby Shell.
Most Gro Baby System users will find that using 2-4 Gro Baby Shells are enough per day, although newborn babies may need more.

Great for toddlers Review by Russ
Ease of Use Price Value Quality I can see why it might be a bit hard to use on smaller babies, but it's been great for our toddler. Really like the snap-in soaker part (makes it easy when we're out as well) and they are really absorbent (and got more-so as we washed them). They aren't my favorite diaper with a messy poop, though, so suggest wrapping a bummis liner around them if you don't like that part. One of my favorite's though! (Posted on 9/3/09)

Disappointing Review by ClothConvert
Ease of Use Price Value Quality I REALLY wanted to like these diapers. I liked the fact that they are a two part system with the outside shell separate from the inside liner. They are the only cloth AIO that you could potentially just change the inside liner and re-use the shell. Unfortunately, the inside liner is way too big when using the diaper in the smaller two sizes.
I tried these on my newborn son who weighs 12 pounds. They should have fit him in the smallest size, but the liner was so large, I had to put it in the second position for size. The problem is, I had to fold down the liner which made a huge bump in the front of the diaper, so then I had to pull the waist band really tight in order to get it to lay flat on his belly. This made the folded down liner press down very hard on his penis. It did not seem comfortable at all as evidenced by him crying pretty much the entire time he had it on. I wasn't sure that was the problem until I took it off and he stopped crying. Poor kid!
These diapers would probably be great for a larger toddler - you could use it in the largest position for size and the liner would not have to be folded down. If they made sized liners, I'm sure this product would work great for all babies. Unfortunately, they don't yet do that, so they are not ideal for any small or medium sized child. Of course, that pretty much defeats the purpose of these being an AIO one size diaper! (Posted on 7/15/09)
