Sustainability Matters
Our Learners are 100% natural fibers, that means no PUL or other waterproofing layer. (Pair with a wool soaker short for heavy duty needs). Designed to catch an small accident or miss while headed to the potty, the fit is trim yet contemporary. Surprisingly enough, we find these to be almost as absorbent as our diapers and thus can serve double duty if you like (for use as a diaper, add a doubler and wool soaker short).

Sizing
Small: 1 yr - 2 yrs (up to 24 lbs +)
Medium: 2 yrs - 3 yrs (24 lbs - 35 lbs +)
Large: 3 yrs + (33 lbs +)

Materials
Little Beetles in Jitterbug Red and Lotus Purple are made with a new fabric on the outside layer. It's still a wonderfully soft organic cotton velour but for stability, 20% (post consumer) recycled polyester has been added to the backing. The white fabric inside remains 100% organic cotton. Because of this the newest trainers being produced now do not shrink as much as they did in the past.

Care & Use
Wash and dry just as you do your cloth diapers. These do not need repeated pre-washing: once will do.
We recommend a cold pre-wash/wash or rinse first, then a hot wash (140 degrees Fahrenheit). Do not boil your diapers as this can ruin the elastic. Use a small amount of laundry detergent each time (too much detergent can create a residue). Use vinegar occasionally (for natural fibers only) in the rinse to help keep the diapers soft. And please, no fabric softener or treatments of any kind. These can ruin a diaper's absorbency. It may not be realistic every time, but the more you can dry your diapers on low or medium the longer their life will be.
