Payment, Pricing, & Promotions
Diaper Lab Online accepts payments made by Visa or Mastercard. We only accept cash and checks for customers who are located in the greater Boston, MA area and able to make an appointment to visit us in person. Please use the contact form to arrange this and complete your order (we are unable to offer a payment option online for local payment).
All prices are final at the time of sale and future adjustments are not possible. Promotional prices are only available during the stated time period for the specific promotion and are not available retroactively.

Returns & Replacements
Please keep your e-mailed receipt in the event you need to make a return. Diaper Lab will only accept unwashed and unworn diapers and unused accessories within 14 days for a full refund. You may return a purchase between 15 days and 90 days and receive store credit. All sales are final after 90 days. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on Gently Used and Clearance items as well as on slings and carriers.
In the rare event of a defect in quality or workmanship, please contact usand we will be happy to address the issue in a timely manner. Please follow your diaper washing instructions carefully, as workmanship issues will not be considered for diapers that are not cared for properly.
Shipping & Delivery
Diaper Lab will ship all customer orders promptly. If there are any issues with your order or we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you to inform you of a delay or backorder. For products which have been ordered with standard shipping (USPS First Class and UPS Ground), customers will have the option to receive a full refund if we are unable to ship the product within five (5) business days. For products with expedited shipping (USPS Priority or UPS 2nd Day Air), customers will have the option to receive a full refund if we are unable to ship within one (1) business day. Diaper Lab is not responsible for any delays in shipping; failure of a product to arrive within a particular time frame regardless of shipping method; or damage incurred in shipping. Diaper Lab may ship from various locations or use drop-shippers at its discretion.
Order Status and Information
E-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provide, as will regular updates about the status of your order. Please be certain to provide a correct e-mail address for us to use, as this will be our primary method of contacting you. Please note that due to many circumstances beyond our control, we are not able to guarantee your receipt of e-mail from Diaper Lab. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at any time.

Diaper Lab is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers. Our site uses SSL security to protect any personal information you enter (including your address and credit card information). We also utilize various methods when we authorize credit cards to help protect you against fraud. Diaper Lab uses Authorize.net as a secure gateway for processing payments, which means that we never store your credit card number on our servers.
Diaper Lab will not share any personally identifiable information (your name, e-mail, address, ordering history, or credit card information) with any other companies or vendors, though we may make aggregate information available at our discretion as long as specific individuals can not be identified or inferred.
