Salina Gonzales Frazier

As Diaper Lab's CEO and Chief Buyer, Salina frequently writes and speaks about cloth diapering, potty training, mothering and the shop local movement. In addition to being a Certified Babywearing Educator, she has clocked thousands of hours washing thousands of loads of diaper laundry, regularly fixing "broken" diapers. In 2017, Salina was able to realize the dream of creating a cloth diaper bank to provide cloth diapers to local in-need families. A former Harvard administrator, Salina holds a MA in Education from Simmons College, a BA in Psychology from DePauw University and continually pursues graduate and advanced seminars in business, child development and laundry science. A native of Texas, Salina is an accomplished flutist whose favorite activity is singing at the top of her lungs with her two kids.

Ryan Frazier

While not a regular in the store, you will occasionally find Ryan cleaning up at the end of day, pretending to be a handyman, or straightening products.  His main contribution is to work behind the scenes to keep Diaper Lab's website and technology running. Ryan holds a MS from MIT in Environmental Policy and a BS from Harvey Mudd College in Chemistry. During the day he is a technology director at Harvard Business School for their digital learning initiative, HBX.

Jen Patashnick

Jen is one of our very first workshop customers who loved cloth diapers so much she became an employee.  Fast forward years later, and she is now Diaper Lab's (magical) Workshop Coordinator. A mom of two, Jen teaches Diaper Lab's highly regarded cloth diaper workshops, provides postpartum doula services, and is often the face behind the keyboard responding to customer inquiries. In her spare time, she holds a black belt in Karate and runs a qualitative data analysis software training and consulting business.  Jen has a BS in both Biology and Linguistic Anthropology from Brandeis University, and was a researcher at Children's Hospital Boston for ten years.

Crystal Woller

We met Crystal in 2010 as a customer attending our cloth diapering workshop when expecting her first baby. Previously, she was one of the leaders of Babywearing International of Boston; now, she is a Certified Babywearing Educator through Center on Babywearing Studies (CBWS) and possesses a deep knowledge, both technical and applied, of babywearing.  In addition to working in the store, we are thrilled to have her teaching our babywearing classes and drop ins, offering postpartum doula services, and being a part of our team. Crystal is a mom of four kids and holds a BS in Engineering Physics from Tarleton State University.
